| STANDARD | Subscribers to the standard list get 5 to 15 email messages daily. Each message has one news article dealing with HIV. |
There is one news article per email message. That makes it easy to scan the topics quickly by looking at the subject of each message. |
You get at least 5 separate email messages every day. On a busy news day, you will receive more than five. |

| DIGEST | Subscribers to the digest get one big email message daily. The digest contains all the news articles sent to the standard list, but they are collected into a single, larger message. | Your email inbox doesn't fill up with lots of small messages. | It's more difficult to see what topics are covered because you have to open the digest and scan it to see individual subjects. |
